Production is based on the use of high-quality materials, such as stainless steel and aluminium, which are processed to customer specifications for major Italian and European manufacturers in the automotive, industrial vehicle, motorcycle, and agricultural machinery sectors. Following customer drawings, L.S.L. Marchese Vittorino carries out precision sheet metal machining processes, including laser cutting, bending, stamping, deep drawing, and welding. The company also specializes in customized cable processing for small production runs. The team works alongside leading and renowned companies in the automotive sector, providing detailed consultancy and identifying the most suitable technologies according to production volumes, while also defining the specifications of the final project. OUR STORY
L.S.L. Marchese Vittorino was founded in Turin in the post-war period thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of Vittorino Marchese, who, after working as an employee, decided to establish his own company and start working independently.
1950
The company’s history began in two garages located a short distance from Marchese’s home. The early years were marked by numerous and substantial investments in machinery: post-war development and the beginning of motorization in Italy helped L.S.L. Marchese become, over the years, an original equipment supplier for FIAT.
1970
L.S.L. Marchese’s turnover increases, and customer orders become increasingly larger. It becomes necessary to take a step forward by improving the production lines and better structuring the internal workflow organization. To achieve this, the company decides to relocate its headquarters and move to an area that would later become an industrial district: Via Reiss Romoli.
1980
L.S.L. Marchese’s commitment is focused on quality, and the efforts made to achieve this goal allow the company to obtain quality certification.
1990
The company’s turnover continues to grow and, consequently, new investments in machinery and automation are made. Cost analysis and workshop control are improved, strategies that allow the company to determine the actual production cost of finished products.
2000
Improved accounting and computerized management control, combined with new and intensive commercial activities, lead L.S.L. Marchese to acquire new customers, not only within the automotive sector. The company decides to increase its commitment and resources in the environmental field: activities are launched which, with the support of consultants, lead the company to obtain ISO 14001 certification.
2010
Controls and inspections are carried out in the workshop to establish the theoretical machine operating cycles and computerize time tracking, moving towards an efficient and well-structured industrial accounting system.
2020
Thanks to the collective effort of its team, the combination of skills and passion, L.S.L. Marchese can boast a customer portfolio that includes some of the most important national and international companies in the automotive and mobility sectors.
